High gas Prices!! This is terrible, and we don’t know that it won’t get worse, this link http://autos.msn.com/everyday/GasStationsBeta.aspx is good for finding the cheapest gas and it is updated daily, it will help some. Every news analyst is saying that in the long run it is going to get worse. We must drive less. I like those signs which say “if you lived here you’d be home now” We probably should put one up right here in Moyock, in Shingle Landing
, because it is closer to that Tidewater Job than anything left in North Carolina. A home in Moyock does not get you a discount at the pump but if you do live here you won’t have to go to the pump so often! It is the place for commuters, water sports, and the good life for everyone. Buy that hybrid, a bike, or a canoe with a sail, get used to the idea that we have to drive less. Worst of all for some of us, we have to start thinking about giving up are land yachts.
